Onboard Power Electronics

Onboard EV Chargers for Passenger and Commercial Platforms

High-efficiency AC→DC modules designed for global homologation, quiet thermal performance, and seamless integration into your vehicle control stack.

Onboard EV charger module with liquid-cooled cold plate

Designed for OEM Production Programmes

Joulepoint onboard chargers combine wide-bandgap power electronics with intelligent diagnostics. Each unit is validated for harsh environments, supports ISO 26262 functional safety workflows, and offers configurable communication stacks to match your vehicle architecture.

Compact thermal package

Aluminium liquid-cooled cold plate with integrated pump headers keeps junction temperatures under control during rapid AC charging.

Configurable communication

CAN 2.0B, LIN bridges, and optional Ethernet diagnostics deliver deep visibility without rewriting your VCU.

Safety built in

Meets AIS-038 Rev2, CISPR 25 Class 3, and ISO 21780 requirements out of the box with redundant isolation monitoring.

Manufacturing ready

Traceable serialisation, automated end-of-line test reports, and ERP integration reduce your PPAP timeline.
