Refund and Cancellation Policy

1. Refund Policy

Payment Options

We support the following payment methods on Joulepoint.com:

  • Bank Transfer
  • Purchase Order

Order Charges

  • You are charged only the amount displayed in your order summary at the time of checkout.
  • If you notice any additional charges beyond those stated, please contact us atadmin@joulepoint.com

Payment Failure

  • In the event of a payment failure, please ensure that the information provided (such as account details, billing address, net banking password, etc.) is accurate and that your internet connection is stable during the transaction.
  • If your account is debited despite a payment failure, the amount will normally be refunded to your account within 7 business days.

2. Cancellation Policy

Order Cancellation

  • Hardware orders may be canceled before shipment. After shipment, cancellations are not accepted.
  • Software subscriptions can be canceled before the next billing cycle and will remain active until the end of the current term.

Refund Process

  • Defective hardware may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.
  • Eligible refunds will be processed within 7 business days after approval.

3. Fraudulent Transactions

  • If any order is suspected to involve fraudulent activity or is found to be in violation of the Website's terms of use, we reserve the right to cancel such orders.
  • In such cases, the affected customers or accounts may be denied access to our Website and future purchases.
