Engineers own end-to-end
The engineer who designs the converter is the one who debugs it in the field. We don't hand off across walls.
Documented work
Schematics, BOMs, firmware release notes, deployment runbooks. The artefact is the engineering — the slides are optional.
Public engineering writing
We expect senior engineers to write one author-bylined post per quarter. If you can't write it, you don't know it yet.
